Adonis is the product brand of TechMentum Consulting LTD.
2. Minimum age
Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. Contract formation
The contract is formed by registration and confirmation. Premium features require a separate subscription once billing is live.
4. Services
Free tier with limits. Premium extends matches, personas and insights per current product state.
5. Prices and billing
Premium: 9.99 EUR gross per monthly (source: in_app_billing_copy).
6. Renewal and cancellation
Account settings and email to support; Stripe customer portal when billing is live
7. Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. See the withdrawal page for details.
8. User duties and third-party rights
- Users are responsible for uploaded content
- Third-party rights must be respected
- Respectful interaction with matches; do not deliberately override clear boundaries set by others
- No stalking, harassment, deception, coercion or unlawful surveillance
- No content involving minors
9. AI limitations
Responses are AI-generated. No dating success guarantee. Not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice.
10. Share links
Users are responsible for anonymised shares. Technical lifetime: 7 days.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may request deletion (workflow in progress).
12. Intellectual property
Software, brand and UI remain with the provider. Users retain rights in their own content.
13. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Otherwise liability only for intent and gross negligence where permitted.
14. Applicable law
Cyprus law applies. Mandatory consumer rights of the country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Changes
We version legal texts. Material changes are marked with effective date and version.
